I have fun doing several activities in life and will detail below in a more formal way. But overall, I have had an artistic mind since childhood and it has been a lovely path of exploration, travelings, experiences, meetings, projects, ideas, events, jobs, reflexions with the ups, the downs, the excitements, the successes, the adjustments and everything in between.
Studied in France, Erasmus in Spain, 9 years in Shanghai, China, back in France.

Bio
Born in France, arts have always been part of her life starting with ballet dance at the age of 4. Elsa is naturally drawn to artistic activities, music, painting, languages and just very curious about everything.
She studies Foreign Languages in France (English, Spanish, Mandarin, Russian), lives some time to Spain with the Erasmus program exchange at 17. Later, she enters the professional world and soon has an opportunity to travel to China for one summer.
Elsa Michanol first arrives in Shanghai in 2013.
Beside her job at The French Highschool of Shanghai, Elsa keeps on cultivating artistic activities and discovers the music scene in this new city of Shanghai. She takes part in art exhibitions, concerts and contemporary dance performances. Elsa designs postcard series and prints based on her artwork, promoting postcard handwriting with her concept “Take A Pen · Write A Postcard”.
After several years as a Dean of Students, Elsa becomes a full-time singer and performs with talented musicians in prestigious venues such as M Glam, JZ Club, House of Blues & Jazz, Blue Note and Jazz at Lincoln Center.
In 2021, she launches a stationery section under her brand Soulsample alongside her podcast channel Soulsample The Podcast. Her notebook and postcards know a great success as she considers writing helps thinking, organizing, embracing one's creative minds and preserving mental health.
In 2022, she leaves Shanghai after 9 years and joined the Cours Florent, famous drama school in Paris.
In 2023, she makes her first steps as an actress and voice over actress.
